Sean Smith is one of Unicity’s amazing Transformation Coaches. Over the past 3 years, he has led 245 people through our program and helped them transform their lives. He started coaching because he himself changed his life when he began bodybuilding and he is passionate about helping others improve their own lives.
But, even before Sean had success with lifting weights, he was an accomplished concert pianist. (He once toured Europe and played for the Pope!) His first piano lesson was at age 8 and he would practice 2 to 4 hours a day. Sean attributes his work ethic and his ability to stick to a task to his dedication to hours of piano practicing.
Sean started lifting weights at age 18 as a way to deal with stress, anxiety, and depression. He has continued with the sport because he is drawn to battling the voice inside that tells him to “give up”—yet he never does and never will. His determination and mental focus have been rewarded as he was recently selected to participate in the Arnold Classic competition, training with top bodybuilder Ben Pakulski, today’s equivalent to Arnold Schwarzenegger He took second place in the competition!
What a great example Sean is of how to Live Life Better!
